START X OLA OLA X METRAFILMS X LAZY SUNDAY
ART-DERECTION BY ME
As part of the launch of the series “High Season”, I worked as the art director for the collaboration between START, OLA OLA and Lazy Sunday.
The task was to create a limited summer merch collection inspired by the atmosphere of the series — southern Vietnam, heat, kitesurfing, tropical laziness, fast action, and a rich visual environment.
I developed the visual concept for the accessories — bucket hats and bandanas — that reflected the mood of the show and also fit naturally into streetwear style.
Special attention was given to the details: the bucket hats featured removable patches with graphics referring to the visual language of the series and to its key moments and items.
The merch was delivered in a branded box — compact but playful, designed to look like a tropical smuggler’s package. This made the unboxing feel like a small story, a continuation of the series in a physical form.
We released a limited batch of accessories available exclusively through START’s email campaign — this created a sense of special access and supported the cross-media approach of the project.
